What forms of payments are accepted?

The following forms of payment are accepted:

PayPal

Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo

Major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

**Please note** we cannot accept payment on delivery.  We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud or fraudulent activity.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated shipping and delivery date is typically 10 business days.  Once your item is ordered and payment confirmation is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent that will provide the estimated delivery date.

**Please note** that with the ongoing global pandemic, we anticipate potential delays with shipping.

Do you provide package tracking?

Yes, you will be provided a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 

**Please note** we do not provide tracking numbers for International shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via the United States Postal Service. International package shipping is normally about 7-21 business days for packages in transport.  This does not include the time a package may wait in customs.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase; however, we can only allow exchanges if the product is damaged.

If your product is received damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@hokeyPoquii.com.  Please include your order/tracking number in the header section of the email. Thanks in advance.

Can I cancel an order?

Buyers can cancel an order anytime before it ships.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my digital product order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund digital products once payment has been processed. 

How can I access my digital product order?

A confirmation email and digital download email will be sent once your payment has been processed.  A link will be provided to download the digital product.

What should I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email and /or digital download email?

The email server may be slow in sending your product.  Please allow about five minutes and check your email spam box.  If you still can’t find the emails, please contact us.  Please have available the name, and email that should be associated with the order.  Please be sure to include a link to the listing you purchased the digital product from.

What should I do if I have trouble downloading and/or opening digital product? 

  • If nothing happens when you click the download link, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
  • If you receive an error message that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading again.
  • If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please download the require program and try opening the file again.
